For residential house extensions and remodelling our services can be tailored to suit our client’s individual requirements. Choose between, our comprehensive, complete solution to your build. A starter only package, or you can opt for a more sectional approach for your project:

1. Get your project started

We get your project started for you. Providing you with all the design drawings, accompanied with Planning and Building Control approval.

We put everything in place for you.

2. Choose 'sections' of design or Project Management

It may not be essential to have us oversee the whole of your project. But you may require a Project Manager to work with you on certain aspects of your build.

3. Comprehensive Project Management

Full Project Management, handling the project from inception to handover, including the selection of all contractors and contract documentation.
